The room look exactly like in the pictures. Location is very strategic. Near eating places, dobby and mall. Breakfast is delicious. Hotel staffs is very nice too. Welcome drink and hot towel provided during check in process.

Great location for food, and shopping. The Bonzer Restaurant downstairs has an excellent Western food choices.

KBH was tremendous in terms of cleanliness and the staff hospitality is the most warmest I ever get. They offer us Calamansi as welcome drinks. My 2 days staying at this hotel was very satisfying. 👍

Comfortable stay. Good variation & food from Bronze cafe. Very friendly staffs at reception & cafe;especially outlet manager Ms May Phang. Satisfied with House keeping! Great location to nice eateries; ming cafe, saupau cafe, wzt cafe. Also walkable distance to mall. Would love to repeat stay in future.

The hotel staffs are extremely friendly. Very reasonable price for food. Good environmental initiatives with the refill for shower gel, conditioner and hand wash. Strategic location.

Il I was only 10 minutes late checking out already paid Rm50.00 already 2 times I was made by this hotel.

Check-in was fast. The hotel receptionist was helpful. Since I pre-paid my stay using credit card through agent, you still need to pay a RM100 deposit. Be mindful that if you stay here for the first time, the hotel will need to scan your NRIC together with your guest for safety purpose. The highlight of the check-in was the cold lemonade that they offered when you're doing your check-in. A hot wet towel is also offered for you to freshen up your face. I declined. Please be reminded that there is no basement parking or specific hotel parking for guests so all hotel guests must park wherever they can. As such, please be mindful of any parking fees that might be imposed on city public parking otherwise you will be receive parking tickets. The room I was staying at was the Classic Deluxe. I did not include the breakfast package since the hotel is in the heart of Miri city so many eateries are available. There is one shopping mall nearby which is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was clean however some improvements could be made. For example, the body shower gel and shampoo dispenser looked worn down since its being reused and refilled for every guests (good for the environment though). The air-conditioning took some time to take effect. In-room safe, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and other toiletries are provided. Toothbrush, sanitary bag, vanity kit are all available; I wish they would have provided hair comb though. The TV channels are good with a variety of genres available. One weird thing that I encountered was during the day that i'm supposed to check out. Since I was making full use of my time, I tried to check-out around 11.45PM, however around 11PM, my room phone rang for 2-3 seconds but before I could pick it up, the other end hung up. I assumed it must have been the front desk as a reminder. I don't mind for them to remind the guests it's close to check-out time but please be professional and talk to the guest. The check-out process itself was swift. I just had to wait for 5 minutes for the housekeeping to check the room. After that the deposit RM100 was returned. All in all, I was satisfied with my stay there. Would definitely go again.

Beautiful interior design. Welcoming drink and warm towel for us when checked in. Need hook or rack inside the bathroom.

I live the interior design, it's very cozy. The only problem for me during the stay was the space for the shower. Other than that, overall was very satisfying.

I got free room upgrade to deluxe room with bathtub. My husband, my son & me myself love it very much. The lobby deco was beautiful as well as the cafe. Laksa Sarawak & mee kolok at Awang Mahyan (behind the hotel) was so tasty. I'm satisfied with this hotel.
