I have often stayed at Heef Hotel Pasar Baru, but yesterday when I stayed on October 2-3, 2024, there was a slight problem. If early check-in was not possible because the room was not ready, I could understand, even though I was tired after a long flight from abroad and I had also conveyed this to 1 female receptionist (A) on duty. Near the reception counter there was a Fiesta ready meal available, I had asked another female receptionist (B) on duty at that time (October 2, 2024) whether the ready meal could be ordered/purchased at any time or only at certain times, and was answered that it was available/can be ordered at any time 1x24 hours, it turned out that the next morning (October 3, 2024) when I was going to buy it, according to the male staff (C) on duty at that time, the ready meal could only be purchased at 7 am, while I had to leave for the airport at 7 am. Although in the end they helped to prepare/heat it in the microwave and I could enjoy it immediately, the information received was different. Then, when I was about to check out and had handed over the room key, the female receptionist (A) on duty (October 3'24) informed me that the room I was occupying would be checked first. I waited for a while and there was no confirmation from the receptionist. After waiting and I had to go to the airport immediately, I took the initiative to ask if the room check would still be long because I had to go to the airport immediately, and the 2 female receptionists (A) & male (C) just said that I could leave the hotel with a slightly confused face (maybe wondering why I was still there). I had time to say, "I was told to wait because the room was going to be checked first, that's why I waited". This seems trivial, but if left alone, it could be detrimental to me because I was late to the airport and guests were reluctant to stay again. During several stays here, I have never experienced anything like this, everything is fine and smooth. In the future, hopefully this can be an evaluation material for the hotel. Thank you.
