Nice room, cold AC, friendly receptionist.

As usual, the service in the room was good, complete equipment, fragrant towels, comfortable, and really great.

Wow, for an affordable price but you get the best quality, from the service when checking in, the mattress is soft, the sheets smell good, there is a water heater, the AC is cold, the kitchen equipment is complete, of all the rooms I ordered, this is the best, I hope the quality will always be maintained, thank you very much I am very satisfied!

The tap for the shower was broken and leaking, couldn't watch Netflix. Dirty bathroom mirror can't see the mirror, broken sink faucet doesn't come out with water! The room is not nice.

The guard's response (female) was very long and bad as well, so it should be because you want to check in long, you should check out given a slightly loose time, if you are 15 minutes late you are told to pay again. Just like a hotel, they are given time until 1 o'clock in check-in, long time to check out, order it right.

Minusnya: Kolam renang tidak bisa dipakai karena cuma untuk penghuni/penyewa bulanan. Deket pembuangan sampah, jadi ga buka-buka pintu dan jendela balkon karena pemandangan tidak oke dan kebetulan di kamar mandi ada ventilasi ke arah luar jadi bau-baunya masuk lewat situ. Deket rel kereta api sampai jam 1 malam pun kereta masih lewat. Parkir berbayar normal tanpa ada dispensasi. Tidak ada akses lift ke parkiran, alhasil mayan jalannya 2 lantai. Bed covernya bikin gatel. Plusnya: Respon adminnya cepet banget, check in & check outnya mudah. Kalo mau ke mall tinggal jalan kaki, sepuasnya deh tuh dari mall bukan sampai tutup tanpa harus bayar parkir lagi. Ada kompor, alat masak dan kulkas jadi kalo mau masak sendiri gampang, disediakan sabun cuci piring juga. Wifi kenceng, saran bawa laptop aja sekalian, lumayan buat nemenin drakoran karena untuk proram tv kabelnya terbatas. Disediakan 2 handuk, sabun cair, 2 sikat gigi + odol. AC dingin. Karena plusnya ini cukup membuat saya bertahan untuk tetap lanjut nginep, berhubung malamnya hujan juga, tapi pagi-pagi sebelum batas waktu check out saya sudah ngacir karena tanpa kolam renang, ya sama aja kaya di rumah, kalau misalnya AC ga dingin & wifi lemot, mungkin ga sampai 1 jam saya sung balik kanan, Alhamdulillahnya itu ga terjadi. Berhubung dapet harga promo juga, jadi bisa cukup maklumlah, kalau harga normal mah pasti banyak yang jauh lebih baik dari ini.

The place is very narrow, the sink is dirty and there are lots of ants especially the bathroom is very very narrow. For car users, it's better to think again because this building is located in the Depok mall, so parking is quite expensive for a full day's car, it can be 100 thousand.
