Book a more expensive room with ricefield view but only get a view of banana trees and the roof of the hotel's neighbors. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is very lacking, the room is not soundproof, the parking area is very limited. Hopefully there will be improvements in facilities and services in the future. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly, the dining room was so comfortable to enjoy the coffee time.

The condition of the room is that there are no plugs, there is mold on the walls and even on the mattress and pillows, making it hard to breathe

It's good for the room and the hotel, just a suggestion for the toilet or room, please provide tissue, at least toilet tissue, and 1 trash can for the bathroom, the rest is good, and another plus if the TV is equipped with Netflix, it will definitely be better 🙏

the room is like an old hotel, the floor is not very clean, the bathroom is clean but not very comfortable because the interior is old but the hotel environment is beautiful and comfortable, the AC is also cold, close to Indomaret, it is suitable for the price

The staff is not very friendly. The app says Batu Karu on the Shevilla Residence map. I got lost and went to another Batu Karu. Checking in at the wrong address was really late at night.

I booked a twin room because I was staying with a colleague, the size of each bed was very spacious, it seemed like it could accommodate two people on each bed because of its size. The place was also clean even though it was not that spacious, provided with Aqua towels, toothpaste, brushes, and soap. Complete for that price.

Good experience. I booked at 11pm and they still accepting my booking and let me in even though already so late night for check in. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are very polite and nice.

Clean hotel, amenities are incomplete, swimming pool needs to be cleaned. Overall everything is good, clean, fragrant.

The service from the hotel staff is friendly, the price is affordable, the room facilities are quite complete, but there is something missing for the heater/drinking water heater, the TV set up box has not been set, the AC is cold, the bathroom heater only turns on briefly, the room is neat.

Towel 1 was also stained and torn, no tissue, cold AC. Sheet had many spots, water volume in the bathroom was small.

The hotel is nice, cheap and cheerful, it is recommended.
