For drinking water heaters, only a dispenser is provided, there is no hot water cooker, there is no TV battery remote, I called the receipt but it was not delivered. The swimming pool is a little dirty, you should pay a little attention to the swimming pool area with that many employees, not just focus on the restaurant area.

The place is cold. Spacious rooms. The food is delicious.

Tempatnya enak, kamar besar, makanan so so tapi okelah. Next mau lagi deh kesana.

Yang kami suka dari Taman Bukit Palem adalah kolam renang yang besar. Restonya dengan pemandangan yang indah (kalau tidak hujan) dan luas tapi breakfast nya sedikit banget variantnya dan penyajiannya juga dingin. Order makan malam di Resto datangnya 1,5 jam. Kebersihan juga harus ditingkatkan. Banyak serangga mungkin karena banyak pohon dan area outdoor yang luas.

Lumayan lah. Perlu peningkatan lagi, misalnya kebersihan kamar, kebersihan kolam renang, tempat gantinya, dan pelayanan di resto.

It was a quick book I got to escape a training camp with creepy place nearby. The room cleanliness is questionable, but the bathroom is clean and it was what I expect from this hotel. The hotel itself was designed for convention / MICE hotel, so expect loud live music till night and a morning radio training beat music to wake you up. Everything was expected, but personally I think it's a bit overprice if I go here for vacation.

When checking in, we had to wait about 15 minutes because the room was being prepared even though we arrived at 22:15, the receptionist was uninformed if we didn't ask. The room matches the photo in the application & is quite spacious. Only there are no chairs in the room to sit & no hotel slippers. Breakfast is less varied. For the place and the facilities are quite good. But for the location of group and personal rooms it should be separated because it is very disturbing comfort. And please pay attention to the hotel so that hotel guests are not allowed to bring liquor and get drunk around the hotel room because it really disturbs the comfort of other hotel guests.

Spacious rooms can fit 4-5 people. And check in if you come in the morning you can go straight in when the room is ready. The facilities are quite complete for the price we pay.

Please pay attention to the supporting facilities in hotels and villas because when I stayed in villas and hotels there were no water heaters, sugar, tea and others. I did not find any bathroom supports such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair dryers and floor mats. Please improve the breakfast menu because I only found rice vermicelli, eggs and crackers. Some lodging locations are very far from restaurants and lobbies and swimming pools so please consider a shuttle or golf car for guest mobilization, especially for seniors who have walking problems. The children's playground is very adequate and good. Hopefully the suggestions above can be considered.

The hotel and facilities are okay according to the price. The hotel is used a lot with groups, so it's always busy. But a bit tired of the many inclines and descents.
