There is no receptionist. The person at the location doesn't really understand about booking on Traveloka. I have paid on Traveloka, so they thought I haven't. We had a long debate because the person thought I didn't pay. Maybe because it was busy, there were lots of people who wanted to book so it was difficult to check in. The person on duty had no system at all, had to ask someone else via WhatsApp. Because there was MotoGP, demand was high, and the price was very overpriced. The room was quite comfortable and clean enough. But there was no TV remote. So what's the point of having a TV inside.
