Comfortable. Spacious room and friendly staff.

The receptionist and security guard are friendly. The car arrived dirty because of the rain. But in the morning I was surprised that the car was shiny. The family room is comfortable, the bed is a double size, it turns out that 22 is really big.. Easy road access, and close to the town square.. Recommended hotel in Pemalang. Checking in at midnight was quite fast, the staff was helpful in taking things upstairs, the parking lot was spacious, our car was washed early in the morning, we were given late CO because we had to pray Friday prayers first. The rooms are clean, spacious, it's just a shame there's no elevator, we got a bathroom with a broken shower handle, the towels were a bit dirty. In the parking lot there is a children's playground, quite clean.

The place is comfortable and there are lots of room choices, suitable for business trips, the service is friendly and my vehicle is always cleaned, happy and full of smiles while staying at Kencana.

The second day the floor of the room was not swept.

The shower hose was damaged in room 212.

I'm used to 4 star hotels, so it feels very different. But even so, the nightly rate also includes breakfast. We stayed in room 206 type family 2 with 2 double beds, there was a cold mini refrigerator with 2 large bottles of mineral water for a fee of 5 thousand, the bathroom was quite large. When you first enter the room, a comfortable and spacious atmosphere extends inside. There is 1 small but cold AC. There is a TV but with only 15 local channels. There are too few electrical sockets with the target number of guests per room being 4 people. If we want to heat water in an electric kettle, we have to be willing to unplug the TV cable. The shower jet hose in the toilet had become loose and the drainage flow was blocked so that it pooled every time after showering. Breakfast at 7 with a very simple menu. There is only a main buffet menu, toast, mixed juice, tea and coffee and 4 types of cut fruit. So far the hotel service is quite satisfactory, with all the problems that occurred in the room, the staff was quite responsive and friendly during our stay. Thank You.

2 star hotel with 5 star service.

We stayed for one night in executive room on the way back home Tangerang from Jogja. The room is very spacious and clean. Minimaliist breakfast menu but quite tasty. The staff washed our car 👍 because not many hotels give that service. Worth the price if only stay for transit in small city like Pemalang. The hotel can improve its interior and exterior.
