Location is great.. we were on the first floor and it was noisy especially on weekends from the bars and restaurants close by. The room was neat but very tight and small. Breakfast was good. We will definitely request for a higher floor room

It’s in a quiet part of the city, no traffic, just pedestrians. We weren’t using hotel’s services but rather just the restaurant, so I can only rate the food and the service. Overall experience was positive, the food was AMAZING, they have good wine options and they can suggest the wine based on your food choice. Prices around the average.

This hotel was a last minute booking and I can not tell you how amazing our stay was. First, the check-in staff was delightful and helpful and the process was super easy and fast, Bonus for the complimentary drinks upon check in. The room was gorgeous - large, comfy bed and soft linens. We also ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious! You also get a 10% discount if you eat at the hotel. Our server was knowledgeable and even fronted us 2 euros so we could tip the man playing guitar on the street. We ate breakfast before we left this morning and again - food was on point. I can't say enough great things about this hidden gem of a boutique hotel.

I stayed at this hotel with my friend for two nights . We are 19 years-old and even though I have been to Portugal many times and speak the language, this was my first-time visiting Lisboa alone. We could not have picked a better hotel! No complaints at all about location, comfort, staff. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops and public transportation (including the train to Sintra). The restaurant was also excellent and so was the complementary bottle of wine! The main compliment must go the staff. The receptionists were kind and attentive, and even suggested which bar/ area were safe for us to explore at night. It took us a minute to figure out how the lights worked (room key needs to be inserted in a slot) and water pressure wasn't great BUT given this is an old, even if renovated, historic building downtown Lisboa these were not even negatives! Plenty of outlets and charging stations for iPhone and watches. Because I have family in Portugal, I don't usually require a hotel stay when I visit but if I ever do, this will be the place! Thank you.

The street it's on is a bit of a tourist trap, but this hotel certainly is not! A lovely boutique hotel with great rooms and a peaceful private terrace too. Ideally placed for the centre of the city.
