The staff and response are friendly and fast. To upgrade the room took less than 5 minutes.

The location is very strategic, right in the heart of the city center. Just walk 5 minutes to the center point mall and train station, continue walking for another 1 minute and you will arrive at Merdeka Square. The staff are friendly and kind, the cleanliness of the room is also quite good, it's just that some amenities in the room need to be improved again. tks

The hotel staff are all friendly. The room is comfortable, clean and fragrant, just lacking Netflix, hopefully it will be equipped with a smart TV soon.

stayed at this hotel during the Eid holiday on D+1 the lobby aroma is refreshing. really like it. it's just that when checking in I got a smoking room, the first time I entered the room was quite noticeable. after turning on the AC and opening the door for a moment, the cigarette smell was gone. and 1 more thing that surprised me, the room didn't have soundproofing so sounds from outside (and maybe our voices in the room) could be heard. but overall, it was fun staying at the Caribbean. Access to Mall Cepo can also be from the basement and also from the lobby. the food menu is varied and delicious. top

Near the station, inside CP mall, good food. Minus the bathroom is not well lit.

The highlight of Karibia Boutique Hotel is the location. This hotel is located in the heart of Medan right across Medan station. Therefore if you go to Medan by plane, you can ride the train to the city center, and the location of Karibia Boutique Hotel is right across the Medan station. Besides, Karibia Boutique Hotel is in the same complex of Centre Point Mall. What a steal!

Have stayed here before and always comfortable. Close to mall and train station. The receptionists are very friendly Ms. Fauziah, Mr. Muklis, and Ms. Nani. Hopefully, the Caribbean Hotel will continue to grow❤️
