Good place to stay in Damansara, I was staying there for the fifth time every month. Every time I come to Damansara for mom therapy in the hospital.

Everything is good, if you come here you will definitely repeat this hotel.

It is not comfortable for families, there is no hot water for small children to bathe..

Lots of small cockroaches, the room was very smelly, the AC was hot, you had to add a fan. And the hallways stink. The sheets are very dirty.

A lot of renovation should be done. Swing fan function totally out. Window has broken lock key which is unsafe for children. Air conditioning taking time to cool the room.

First time staying at the hotel. Seriously still an outdated hotel. The towel guest needs to pick up at reception while check-in and when checking out needs to be brought down to reception. Old TV in the room. No shower gel and shampoo. The hot water is too slow and the handle is broken. No mineral water or coffee. Safety is not good because you need to lock using a lock key from inside. I've been staying in a different hotel at the same price but the facility is good and better. I'm staying in the hotel because I need to on-off Hospital Sungai Buloh. Staying 2 nights there because got no choice and was surprised with the hotel.

Staf ok je. Bilik banyak lipas tak sempat tidur terus cari hotel lain. Keluar bilik malam tu jugak dapat la duit depo balik.

The room not so clean, got small cockroach, hair. Bedsheet got dirt. Check out time, nobody at the counter, I call times to the hp no pasted on the glass but nobody answer it. After 15mins waiting, 1 girl came from outside with longface and never say sorry for keep customer waiting for check out. Really had a bad experience staying there.

I just feel a bit disappointed but I think I can understand that because due to pandemic, hotels and places to stay are stop operating for temporary so the cleanliness is a bit off. But I can put that aside because I ask the hotel to change my pillow and they did which is very nice. 5 stars for the customer service.

Masuk2 je ade lipas.. dalam lift ade puntung rokok.. bilik bertingkap tapi dapat belakang bangunan yang penuh sampah... bilik kecik nak solat cukup2 je..

Great location. this hotel in middle of area of Mall, restaurant, convenience and amenities.Got water dispenser and fast wifi. I cant comment much on the rooms and all because its fit the price.only RM34 per night. Very cheap .the only thing should improve is check in time quite long.

A good cheap hotel. Me and my girlfriend come here all the time. Shower was hot and TV volume can be turn to be really loud. 8/10, would take my girlfriend here often.

The pillowcases and sheets look unclean maybe the bed linen is old, in the toilet when there is water dripping from the top floor, right near the elevator there is a big trash bin so when I want to take the elevator and the trash hasn't been dumped it must be a bit smelly, and I also got a room that it has an old sharp tube TV so the screen is not good, it's been messed up, the rest is okay.
