A very nice hotel perfectly placed to use the local railway station to travel towards Stade, Hamburg or Cuxhafen. The hotel has a bar and restaurant and really important for us was a secure garage for our ebikes. We would stay here again.

We were there for Valentine's Day dinner. The food would have even been enough for 4 people :-), and was very good to excellent, the steaks were first class. The service and so always friendly, always top first class. We'd love to come back.

We were at the Gasthaus Hellwege for the first time. The booking online went absolutely smoothly. The entire staff is very helpful, absolutely friendly and accommodating. Requests are addressed directly and easily. The rooms are clean and very well furnished. The breakfast buffet ensures a great start to the day. It is very rich. The restaurant is highly recommended. The food is top. Price and performance are right here! Here too, wishes were addressed directly. Even if I repeat myself, the entire staff is great!!! For this reason we booked again straight away. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the Gasthaus Hellwege.
