I've stayed in Aston before, but this is the first time the reception asked me to fill in my own form during Check-in - making the check-in process more efficient from my pov. I also get a free upgrade to the Ocean View although I didn't make that request while booking my room in Traveloka. It's a nice and kind gesture from the receptionist - just look at the morning view from my room, epic!

The location is very convenient to go anywhere, to Lippo mall or to the city center. The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, comfortable and the amenities are complete and clean. The breakfast is varied and delicious

Great hotel with great view right outside window. Room is spacious and clean with warm and cozy ambience. The only thing I personally found a bit uncomfortable was the pillow, they are too hard and too high for me. Maybe they can be changed with softer and leaner ones. Other than that, everything was perfect! Good job Aston

Evrythg just nice except the chair in the breakfast room (chinese restaurant) is so uncomfortable. Breakfast also not nice.

The staff is very friendly in explaining and helping. The breakfast is very delicious, at that time the room booked was full but was upgraded by Aston without additional costs, very good. Very environmentally friendly to children. Thank you Aston.
