Staff supported adapter, booked grab, late check out because I had work at the hospital

Checked in @ 4pm. Asking for room infront of pool. But the staff can't full fill it. Told them we bring a baby and old citizen and requested for ground floor unit. The staff discuss with manager & they upgarded our room for free! That 's awesome service!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations.

Even better hotel provide towel at poolside.

Very good and nice location. Big room. Include bathtub.

Too noisy in the morning. Early morning cutting the grass everyday. The housekeeping were talking very loud while making the room next door everyday. Reception was super slow and inefficient. The good thing is the room is very big but comes with a smell and we had to use essential oil diffuser to makes it smells good.

Ok room. Just nice. Call the receptionist for extra towels. Until you can't. Swimming pool is very dirty.

Promises were being made, but never being fulfilled. The gentleman, called Dave at the counter promised me many times to look for a better room than the 202, but I never heard from him till I left the hotel. Toilet did not flush and it was only remedied after several reminders. Water on the shower floor cannot be completely flowed away, but has not been corrected.

We are satisfied with the overall quality of the room and the environment. All staffs are very friendly and helpful, particularly Maya at the front desk. Thank you!

Beautiful resort, spacious room, great breakfast buffet. Facilities is also great. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. The only thing I have issue is, I got room number 214, and the air conditioner is not cold at all. Outside breeze is colder than inside of the room, eventho I have let the air conditioner running non-stop its still not cold. Probably need maintenance. Other than that it was an amazing experience for the affordable price. 4 out of 5 👌.

Spacious room for executive deluxe. You could fit 50 people in it. Hospitality is good.

Resort ni sangat tenang, luas dan seronok. Pool ada 3. Pool pun sangat cantik. Bilik pun sangat luas dan ada bathtub. cuma bilik 186 air di bathtub terlalu kecil hinggakan nak penuhkan air di bathtub mengambil masa yang terlalu lama. Bathtub pun tak tahu lah ada bocor ke apa sebab airnya surut. Minta pihak resort check. Toilet semua okay cuma bahagian shower di bucu2 tu tak dibersihkan dengan betul, penuh daki kotoran. Jungle kids jamme pulak kena banyak kan improve. Lampunya banyak yang tak boleh buka, rasa seram pulak bawak anak main dalam tu, lantai pun kotor. Kalau improve yang tu sure ramai family akan datang sini sebab ada dua tarikan pool dan kids room. Service semua ok staff sangat ramah dan berhemah 👍🏻

The resort has serenity vibe that people want to get out from the hectic life. The room that we chose was spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was okay. Mainly they had porridge, omelet, mashed potato, baked beans, fried noodle, pulut kuning and rendang ayam. Others was like salad spread and fruits and choices of pastries (to me not so good). Like it here but need to consider next time as they don't serve extra mineral water neither water dispenser. The pool is dirty.
