The water was off from morning until noon. Even though I really needed a shower 😄 other than that everything was ok, both the location and the cleanliness.

Very disappointing, the house is dirty, there are lots of lizard droppings on the floor. That's a sign that it wasn't cleaned before the customer came in. The mattress is dusty, the bathroom water heater doesn't work, the room wallpaper is peeling off, it looks dirty and unkempt. The tree roots in the kitchen are creeping in the kitchen, moreover the kitchen floor is very, very dirty. The kitchen smells. The refrigerator has a lot of frost. In all my time renting a villa in Batu, this is the most uncomfortable thing. Sorry to the N2k manager, please check, don't just call us, we order through the application, please take the latest Kasik photo. So that we are not disappointed. It's really cheap but don't be careless.

The clerk was very friendly but it's a shame that a lot of the wallpaper was peeling off so it felt like a rundown villa.

The villa environment is good, the villa is clean, the price is really cheap, you feel at home in this villa, it's great.

The location of the villa is strategic, near Jatim Park 3, the villa is clean and comfortable, there is wifi, a water heater, thank you for the service.

The villa is comfortably recommended close to Jatim Park 3 and not too far from the stone square.

Not satisfied with the service, the TV is broken, the magic com fridge doesn't exist. Poor service.

Pros: - strategic location and easy to find - home-friendly owners clean overalls (only in carpets with lots of hair) affordable prices for complete cookware minus rice cookers: -no table even though there is a lot of empty space (maybe a dining table at kitchen and small table in the bedroom) - no fridge - no clothesline (so I'm confused about where to hang towels that have been used) might be a consideration in the future. Thank you for service.

Location and facilities are as described, which is not only clean.

The place is clean, and close to Jatim Park 3 is easy to find. comfortable and calm.

The villas are nice, clean, the service is also friendly.
