Location near eateries, lakes and taiping zoo. Good service from staff and reception. But the room is smaller than in the picture provided and there is no elevator facilities. the heater and water are not working properly (the water is still cold even though the heater switch is on). pillows are provided only one for each (2). if you want extra pillows or other necessities, need to go down to the reception room or call using a personal phone, there is no telephone facilities in the room. the television also lacks the broadcast options provided and the remote control / decoder does not work properly. had to switch off and re-plug first to change the broadcast.😁 not suitable for those who want to stay long in the room. this guest house is not a hotel ye .. so the room space is smaller and closer between other rooms such as at home (mini master bedroom). unlike hotel rooms .. no Coffee house only there is room for breakfast provided to guests staying once breakfast. The location is okay and easy to go out day or night. car parking is also available openly.
