Service was Splendid & Excellent too. The hot springs and open-air baths were surrounded by the forest and felt great. If I had to say it, it would be because there was nothing around it. It was a good inn. 💟💟💟💟💟🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧✨✨✨🚅🚅🚅💌💌💌🚙🚙🚙🚃🚃🚃🏢🏢🏢🌐🌐🌐🌐🌐

The hotel is a generic, mass market Onsen bath resort. Service and the room were okay sized, and the Onsen was pretty comfortable. Food was a buffet though the quality was mediocre. They do have a bus service to pick you up from the loop tourist bus from the mountain, but they missed my arrival. If not it's okay, it's just a 10 minute uphill walk with no steps.

The karaoke and the onsen are good, the rooms are big. The staff speaks japanese only and is not really willing to help otherwise, there is a constant "music" played in the whole hotel space, clearly hearable from the rooms until 11pm, and there is a weird smell of "old wet carpet" throughout the hotel. The only public transport to get to the city is a bus that runs about once per hour until 7pm. There is only wifi in the lobby, the rooms are equipped with only few power plugs. This hotel is not suited for foreign tourists who travel by public transport, but rather for japanese fluent speakers who want to relax and stay in.
