I booked 2 rooms, 1 of which had AC not cold at all. The sheets were not clean, like there was a lot of sand on the bed, even on the 2nd day after being cleaned by room service, there was no difference, it still felt sandy. The staff was friendly, could check in faster, maybe when I stayed there were many empty rooms. Strategic location, not far from the airport. There are many restaurants around but most of the menus are for foreigners, it's hard to find local food, because in Kuta the majority of tourists are foreigners not local tourists, luckily I booked a room with breakfast.

4th time at Sima Hotel. If you go to kuta lombok for a holiday or weekend- this is where you should stay.

Stayed here for the 3rd time. Each time I stayed, room was consistently clean and well maintained. Staff are courteous. Location is fantastic- walking distance to the beach, and close to all the good places to eat.

Untuk yang lebih suka ke cafe, hotel ini lokasinya cukup strategis, di kiri kanan dan sebrang jalan hotel, banyak sekali pilihan restorant dan cafe. Kalau untuk jalan ke pantainya memang agak jauh sih. Untuk pelayanan dan kebersihan hotel juga ok. Rekomendedlah.

I really enjoyed stay At Sima Hotel Kuta Lombok.

Hotel bagus pelayanan ramah, makanan lumayan variatif. Hanya parkir harus ke belakang akses parkir belum pengerasan jalannya.

Initially the service was good, but it turned out that many facilities were lacking, starting with broken hotel keys, not hot water, lots of mosquitoes in the room, ordering food close even though it was still late in the evening. The hotel supervisor suddenly forbids grilling on the balcony/terrace without clear rules. Give up staying at this hotel.

Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Near the beach. Lots of food and supermarkets around the hotel.

I have a pleasant stay in Sima Hotel. The place was great, room is clean, comfort, and all the hotel facility is well maintained. They are ready for motoGP event. Will be back for next visit to lombok.

Disambut oleh staff yang super ramah saat kedatangan, diantar ke kamar yang super besar, super bersih dan super mewah dan yang paling penting adalah penataan kamarnya yang sangat detail dengan semua fasilitas premium, kamar mandi pun sangat sempurna dan tentunya balkon super luas yang menjadi spot favorite saya. Small but cozy hotel, seated in the best place because it is right in the middle of the Kuta Mandalika hip. Unfortunately, we were there when there was a travel lockdown, so the restaurant was closed, and we had to have our breakfast in the hotel 's lobby. But overall it was a satisfying stay.
