It was a really nice staycation here, it didn't disappoint at all.

Loved staying here with family.

Parking is ok, room size is ok, wifi is ok, only the food is not very varied, maybe because it is near the mall, so few people prefer to go to the mall for breakfast.

Overall, I am quite satisfied staying here minus a few small details. There are many snack spots even without breakfast from the hotel, especially since it is next to the mall.

The AC in the living room was broken and communication to the lobby CS was not answered.

Comfy place, just a short walk to Tang City mall.

Under the bed is very dirty and on evening I found a little cockroach crawling on the bed. Overall it was good. Might come back later.

If you want something the best to explore the city of Tangerang and its surroundings, Fika condotel is the best choice

a bit problematic with the smell of the room which smells really bad of cigarettes, because the smoking ban has only been enforced since January 2025, so the smell is still stale, not recommended for those who want to take toddlers on a staycation, maybe in April the smell will disappear but overall everything is forgiven with the swimming pool, and also the breakfast service, thank you very much...

The pool is cool, the parquet floor in the bedroom is peeling and there is water seepage on the wall. But overall it's ok.
