Stayed here for transit because I arrived in Jakarta late at night, and my business destination was close to this hotel. The first night I stayed, it rained heavily around 2 AM, and the hotel's lights went out until morning. The AC was leaking. I reported it the next morning and it was immediately repaired. Towels were not provided, so I had to ask for them first. There was no telephone in the room. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel was clean and close to the culinary center. The staff was also friendly, but some facilities need improvement.

got few cockroach in the toilet

The room looks old, I suggest cleaning the bathroom, and the bed sheets are a bit itchy, please replace them.

Since i arrived at the Hotel i can straight away see that i had chose a wrong hotel. I was arrived midnight time after my last flight to jakarta. The security guard was watching Tv on his lazy chair by only wearing undershirt in front of his security office. I have to move 4 different room since the room was very bad condition ( i was found cat poo in the bathroom and the bed was full of cat fur). i have to move everything by my self since they have no HK staff incharge on night shift. The front office saying no apologize at all, nothing. Dear Bulevar Hotel Owner, You have premium hotel location, you have very big opportunity to be one of the most best hotel in the area-if you fix things as below : - Do room maintenance (walls and power outlet) - Hire a Hotel Manager - Buy new Linen - Train your staff. It's a shame that the bathroom wasn't very clean, plus the soap/shampoo was out of stock.

the atmosphere is tense, scary, haunted, the smell is very bad.. Put the food on the dressing table, the food is gone.. The packaging is damaged. Don't know if it was a human or who ate it..
