Breakfast was good. Egg whites omelet was perfect. french toast was just okay. Needed more cooking. Buffet selections was limited.

Staff was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.

Went to one of the restaurants in the hotel. Tried using a credit. Server made it difficult to use the credit. She was unhelpful, and rude. I felt like she scammed me out of using my credit. She made a huge deal out of something insignificant.

This hotel offers very nice rooms and a nice restaurant with a bar area for drinks and dinner. The staff at both were excellent! Very knowledgeable and personable. We went next door to the Marriot Water street hotel for breakfast which was absolutely beautiful and also an impeccable wait staff. The 6th floor pool was very nice as was the rooftop bar the Beacon. The only downside was everything was cashless. Credit card only.

The rooms were well appointed and clean. The pool was great and my husband enjoyed the fitness center. Staff were cordial and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again.

We were only there for a single night for our dinner date night. Great location and very nice views.

Great property and staff!

Property was within walking distance to concert venue so major + for that. Staff was friendly but wanted to charge me for an extra room that I accidentally booked. It was eventually corrected but the original staff person was a little rude. Also for a place that’s this upscale you’d expect free wifi but no. They charge you $12 a day.
