Sorry but it was really BAD, the AC didn't work at all. My child was cranky, just an hour after arriving we immediately moved hotels because my child was crying from the heat. The bathroom was slippery, the towels were never changed, there was nothing to make coffee/hot water, wanted to add on an extra bed but there was none. Some of the lights were out, there was no phone/access to the reception. Had to go down & walk a long way first. This is really the first time I've been disappointed with hotel service.

The first sip feels like heaven, the second sip takes you there.
