When we first arrived, it seemed that the lobby was so small, there was no one to greet us (it turned out that the receptionist/housekeeping/cashier/room service were all handled by one person 🫢😭). The staff are friendly, nimble, so the things I want to criticize are all in the hotel management, not the staff. Let's get started 🤪. The pluses first: 1. Breathtaking view, especially in the room I ordered (eclipse type), large windows directly facing the sea, outside there is a common room that can be used for dining, the view is the same as the room. 2. Friendly staff. 3. The food is pretty good and not too expensive. 4. Power plugs are above the bed, quite a lot, making it easy to charge gadgets. Now we come to the minus part: 1. Lots of ants in the common room area. 2. There is a window without a cover in the bathroom and toilet (separate) so lizards and geckos can enter (shocked at night to hear geckos). 3. There are no toothbrushes, tissue in the room (only given toilet paper). 4. Trash can only in the toilet. 5. The towels in the room have holes and lots of stains, at my house they have become mats then (photo attached). For a rate of 2.1 million/night, it really isn't worth it. All in all, that's all the review, if asked 'will you stay here again?' The answer is 'not yet' 😅.
