Experience staying 3 days here at azana plus front one because the hotel is in 1 location. Honestly, the hotel is comfortable, especially the front one can directly access the pool, the room is comfortable, and the food is delicious. There was an incident where the glass in bathroom 1 was broken, yes it was our fault and the shock had to replace 150K. What I regret is the attitude of the male receptionist who whispered in front of us, it was annoying, especially for a 3-star hotel. Please improve the service of the employees who are not good and not friendly to hotel users. Especially the male receptionist who has a mark on his forehead should not whisper in front of us. Not polite.
