Dirty hotel. Not recommended. Clogged toilet. Asked to change room early. Ignored.

The pool is okay, the playground is small but okay for children. It's a shame the AC in room 317 isn't cold. It's hard to stay here twice and get a room with AC that isn't cold enough, maybe the AC maintenance needs to be scheduled again.

Close to the city center, culinary places and kids love it because there is a swimming pool and breakfast suitable for kids.

Very friendly service, comfortable facilities, only car parking is a bit complicated because it is narrow.

Actually all was good. The only issue was we actually requested for a 2 single bed room and stated that during the booking and were given a single bed room

I've stayed here twice, the room is spacious, the AC is cold, the amenities are complete, but I got a room without a smart TV, apparently because it was a different type, the breakfast is delicious and varied

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to the mall.

It is quite comfortable to stay here, which is a bit annoying is the AC that cannot be adjusted for temperature, because it does not use a remote, but uses a central system, when trying to change the temperature with the setting button on the table, the temperature cannot be changed, as well as the fan, so the only way to be comfortable when sleeping is to turn off the AC. In addition, the bathroom is also a bit damp, and there is an unpleasant smell around the toilet. And another suggestion, if possible, in the bathroom add a faucet below, so that it can be more comfortable when you want to do ablution.

The food doesn't look appealing. Not to many varieties.

First time trying to stay here, it's really good! Quick check-in even though it wasn't until 2 o'clock but the room was full, the breakfast was so many choices, the room was okay with a roll pillow and the location was very strategic! Must try again...

If you bring a car, you should think twice about staying here. Access to the parking lot is very narrow, you have to be very careful, especially for large cars. I have experienced a cracked rear foot step.
