Strategic location, price is still very affordable, great.

Disappointed with the lack of communication from the staff and the uncontrolled check-in/check-out booking schedule. I'm fed up with it again.

Every time we go to Jogja, we definitely come here, because it is very close to the hustle and bustle of Malioboro, but the environment is quiet 👍👍👍

My first experience staying here, the room smelled because there was no air freshener, the sheets and floor were dirty.

The place is clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful, unfortunately when I stayed there it was not comfortable with the atmosphere that I hoped would be peaceful but in front of the room there were many people who seemed to be family from the owner so it was noisy because the sound also entered the room. In addition, there was no toilet tissue or tissue provided on the room table. Even for praying, it was also narrow, if you want to leave the room to pray you have to go upstairs first.

The staff are helpful and nice.

Lokasi hotel jelek, tempat perkir tidak ada dan pelayanannya jelek.

Hotel ini bener-bener worth it banget deket sama Malioboro cuma jalan kaki aja nyampe, pelayanan oke, bersih juga. Puas banget pokoknya. ❤️.

Anak umur 11 tahun kena charge ½harga. Padahal 1 tempat tidur juga cukup untuk sekeluarga. Okelah kalau kena charge untuk biaya extra bed. Ini bayar tapi gak dapet extra bed cuma dapet tambahan bantal, handuk, & sikat gigi. Receptionist yang cewe jutek. Tambahan biaya harus dibayar cash & di awal. Kamar sempit gak ada kursi. Seprei, bantal, handuk, & kamar mandi bersih. Airnya kurang hangat. Dengan harga 700rb-an (termasuk charge anak) saat peak season. Mending cari hotel lain sih.

The guards are a bit less communicative and tend to be rude but there are also some who are friendly, the WiFi access is not clear.

It's really worth it to stay at this hotel, the hotel is quite good and cleanliness is guaranteed, happy. Once, my group and I stayed there on November 4 2023 yesterday, thank 's for all 👍🏻.

The check-in process cannot be earlier at 11 am, because the rooms are full. The receptionist is a bitch and her service towards guests is not friendly. The others are okay.

The place is clean, the employees are friendly. And very close to the road. Malioboro many street food vendors around the hotel.

Posisi hotel masuk gang (tidak masuk mobil), kami tinggal selama 3 hari: kamar tidur dan toilet bersih (mungkin karena hotel baru) meskipun begitu banyak semut, dapet welcome drink (mineral) 2 botol sedang. Tapi sayang. Ruangan sempiit (untuk suami saya sholat harus keluar), di hari pertama dst nya tidak dapet tissue kamar, tissue toilet, tidak ada sandal dalam ruangan, tidak ada lemari kecil untuk simpan baju (hanya ada kayu untuk gantungan baju terbuka + 2 hanger), tidak ada rak/gantungan untuk jemur handuk baik di kamar/toilet, tidak ada brankas, disediakan dispenser umum tapi teh, kopi dan gula baru ada setelah kami minta (hari ke-3), tidak ada pantry umum bahkan untuk sekedar cuci gelas/sendok (kami pesan kamar yang tidak dapet sarapan), penggunaan jenis lantai untuk toilet tidak sesuai (licin) jadi saat mandi/sabunan. Rentan jatuh, apalagi untuk orang tua (system safety di toilet kurang, tidak ada pegangan). Wifi dan air di toilet joss. Kalau hanya sekedar singgah untuk transit ok, tapi kurang nyaman bila untuk liburan (menginap lebih dari semalam). Dekat Malioboro. Cukup jalan kaki berapa ratus meter sampai.
