Service was impeccable , I arrived sick and the hotel immediately called a doctor who arrived within 10 mins I was better within 12 hours . Staff is friendly , helpful and fluent in English

It’s a new property and quite clean. The staff are friendly. Far from the main city centre and the hotel restaurants are the only good food option (little bit expensive side).

The property has all the amenities, the only issue is , it’s within a city which is very noisy. The outside of the property looks like a ghetto. The staff was courteous and we were half boarded, the dinner as well as breakfast was really good with lot of variety of food. The room was good. We had to ask them to for the room service. Over all I would say it’s just below 5* but I was happy with my trip.

I would like to come again. It’s an excellent hotel and staff is gracious and very respectful.

Very clean facility and close to attractions in the area. The resturant served delicious food and the buffet was first class.

1. The travel desk was not cooperative and overcharged for ride from Banaras Cantt to the hotel. 2. Also wanted to get more money for airport when I had already paid for 8 hours and it was within time and Kms. 3. The breakfast was not included. Please return at least Rs 5000 to my card.

Hotel looks good and that is about it. Service was horrible with hotel staff confused most of the time. Asking about transportation and eas asked to call the travel desk and the rates were all mixd up. Food was horrible and tasted nasty. Would never stay here again

Food in the room was average. Facilities very normal

This is a newer hotel with very clean rooms and all in very good condition. Restaurant option is limited but the Indian cuisine is excellent. There is a bar, fitness room and a swiming pool. But fitness center is small and limited if you’re in to that. Staff is very good and friendly.

Overpriced restaurant, and the surrounding area is horrible.

Decent stay. Would not say this is a spectacular hotel but overall was good. Pro: location is in the market, hotel is comfortable, not too far from the main landmarks. They also gave us a late check out without much fuss. Cons: breakfast spread was limited but tasty. Common areas need some attention to be clean. All in all, will not hesitate to visit again.

Awesome ambience and friendly staff, would like to stay again in the near future.

Double Tree was a nice relaxing spot to end our holiday. The compound was secure, refreshing. Staff were attentive. Bar and Restaurant was impressive. Pool was a nice change and SPA service excellent. Only one negative and that was that all the staff continued to ask for reviews on website. Was a little over the top.

Receptionist Notting good behaviour

Very comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. The bar is deserted, I was the only person in there for the two nights I stayed. I’m not surprised, the management need to look at the demographic of their guests. It was uninviting in my opinion because there was a TV turned up to almost full volume playing music videos that anyone over the age of 25 would say was rubbish, come on guys, most people walked in, heard the music and walked right back out again.

Good option for family

The area is not walkable, unkempt.There was a mosquito in the room at night, sleep was disturbed. Mosquitoes in the lobby. It seems like a common problem in UP...
