Clean, comfortable, quiet, and affordable hotel. Close to restaurants and transportation access.

Comfortable and access to the city is very close.

Starting from the security guard, front desk to room service, all are friendly. Unfortunately, from the first day I stayed, I complained about the dirty floor of the room to the room boy, he agreed to clean it but until the last day I stayed.. the condition was still the same. The dirty floor (used straw packaging) was there since the first day I moved in. The small table where the telephone is placed at the head of the wooden bed also seemed to have never been wiped because it was dusty (I wiped it myself with tissue).

Because the position was on an extension at this hotel, when I asked for the room to be cleaned, it turned out that it hadn't been cleaned, maybe I forgot, and it turned out that it was cleaned again and the atmosphere was clean.

Clean rooms, strategic location.

Don't just clean the room, but they have to renovate the hotel. Fix the corridor tiles, the plants were dried and dead, better remove them. It stinks. Windows are very dusty and dirty. And the worst is the bathroom: 1. The exhaust is not working. 2. The hand-held shower dock is broken, won't stay stand. 3. The bathroom corners are dirty. 4. The grout around the washtafel is coming off.

The hotel is cool. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The bathroom has a chair, suitable for elderly parents. It's good anyway.

Good service from Kak Antika, only the AC sensor is broken so the temperature cannot be increased.

Everything is okay, the room has no problems. The breakfast is very delicious and varied. Assisted with check out by Mbak Antika who is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located behind Graha MIR, I was confused about finding the entrance, but it turns out to be the same door as Graha MIR. The room is spacious and comfortable, the service is also good. It's just a shame that I booked 2 rooms but in one room there were no complimentary items such as an electric kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, glasses, only mineral water. The food is quite good, with that rate overall it's good.

friendly staff, helpful, assisted check out by mba antika, strategic location in the city center, friendly to public transportation. just a suggestion that the bathroom design with 2in1 doors be given a tight lid because it makes the closet and sink area wet when taking a shower. the rest, very satisfying and will be one of the hotels to stay in this area.

I wanna try the massage next time and hopefully I could get a discount for my next stay. Thank you.
