This was very convenient and comfortable place to stay and it also saved me money from the other local hotel options. The room was clean and comfortable. I will stay here again.

Clean and comfortable unit. Very convenient location. Highly recommended.

The place is not identify no address and no exterior light .There was only one towel no hand towel no wash clothes for 2 persons.There was no top sheet just one heavy bed spread wich mean that renter use the same blanket.The a.c. was not working it was to hot to sleep. The ceiling fan had no way to turn it on.And the bottom sheet look like it was not wash .We didn t like it at all.

Not terrible. But the bathroom was dirty and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty. The fridge was full of very old food. No wifi available. No coffee for the morning either.

The area that this property was in was so peaceful and quiet, this was my favorite especially in the morning. There are was walkable and had necessary stores locally available. The host's responses were fast, professional, and straight to the point. The property was clean, easy to access and comfortable. I would book again and I highly recommend it for anyone's upcoming travel. I would say that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND having your own personal transportation if you're in the area for events as there is a minor distance from downtown areas , which may incur a higher than expected commute and shared ride app prices; just keep that in mind. My stay was an overall success.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Absolutely horrible, the place was so gross they could not even clean the fridge before having people stay. It is very clear that it's not"other renters" but a family that lives there and the shared bathroom has not been cleaned in months there was hair in the tub an other peoples filth they wouldn't stop knocking on the door to tell us the tv was to loud even tho it was on 27! Mold on curtains dishes in the sink when we arrived but we were told we have to wash our pan before we could even eat also sent me messages off the app asking me to cancel my reservation and would upgrade me to a nicer place if I sent money which was a scam. Wish I took more photos of the bathroom but honestly was just so grossed out.Overall this place was disgusting and another thing to note it's hot in fl and we turned the air down to 70 and they would jack it back up and would leave the back door open woke up extremely hot was a horrible experience and this place should not be allowed on this app!

Enjoyed my stay!

It was a beautiful house with patio and front garage. The kitchen, bathroom and living were clean and great odor. I locked myself and the agent was very attentive and helped me in a proper timely manner. I will definitely stay at ZenHomes again!

ZenHomes in Brandon was perfect for our needs and a great stay for the price. It was convenient to everything in Brandon and very easy to get to Tampa and beyond. I liked having a parking spot very close to our private entrance. It was quiet and comfortable. My son loved the swing in front of the house and I loved the shower chair I could use in the walk in shower. I have physical disabilities and this was an added bonus. We used the fridge and microwave provided. Just a couple of suggestions for improvement would be to make sure the exterior light is working and replace the bedside lamp. It was broken and the exterior light was burnt out. Also, it would be good to wash off the entrance door occasionally, as there were bug eggs on the door frame. Otherwise, we had a good stay and will definitely use this rental again when I’m back in Brandon!

Black moldy stuff in a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Shower stall and mirrors spotted with toothpaste splatter and water spots. Dust bunnies, food still in the microwave. But the worst was the chicken coop right outside our bedroom window with two roosters. Needless to say we didn't need our 8 am alarm with them crowing from 4:30am to 7am. Not even sure why we were asked to take our shoes off when we entered the house and leave them at the door. The floors in the main house when we got there at 8pm were filthy with leaves and dirt.Trying to add photos but it won't let me.

Room was well-appointed and clean. Staff was awesome - very helpful and patient when I threw lots of questions at them. Area is nice, both my opinion and that of local friends. I'll definitely stay again.

Great price . Quiet and clean

Spacious, quiet accommodations, convenient to my destination/visit. I will look forward to staying at Zen Homes again. :)
