I've stayed there for several times. And all the time was just really great. But not the last one though. I booked it for my Grandma & Mom, so that they can experience it too. But it was terrible. Especially the new (GF) Security (Gilang) that didn't have a good manner in talking, and also differentiates guest by their cars (We brought Innova Zenix this time, not RR). Also, the new Front Office Staff (Nabila) and the GRO (Bimo). Bad experience for me, my Grandma & Mom. Promised a room in 10 mins for several of times, but then waited for 1.5 hour at the hot lobby, until 15.45. That's 45 mins passed the informed checked-in time at 15.00. I asked Bimo to recheck any updates about the room, but he refused to help and ask me to walk and just ask Nabila. Lazy & unpolite staff, shame on you Bimo. A terrible first 1.5 hour for that stay. I feel really bad to my Grandma & Mom for choosing them this hotel for them to stay. I should have booked them to stay at Marriott Resort again. 🤦🏽♂️
