Great staff, but the room I booked was faulty and could not be stayed in. The receptionist suggested changing to another hotel in the same chain and the same room type I booked. But when I got the new room, I was a bit disappointed because it was smaller, the decor was not as nice, and it seemed like the price was a few hundred different.
