Check-in took a long time even though it was already 3 pm, we still couldn't get a room, there were lots of ants in the room, the room was small and the lift was far from the room because there was an apartment too.

comfortable hotel. strategic location.. very unfortunate for mirrors are very limited and there is only 1 in the bathroom. in the room there is none at all. a hotel with very few mirrors

Location and hotel service very good. But, for room and hotel comfort, should put more attention especially for the guest smoking in the room, very smelly from cigarette smoking. For meals, should be more improved compared to other 4-star hotels.

Large and clean room, cold AC, smart TV, refrigerator, amenities. Around the hotel there are many restaurants, cafes, and mini markets. The staff are also friendly, it's just that I got a room facing the wall of the next building. Why not given a room facing a place with a nice view? Even though I saw the hotel was quiet. Hehehe. One more thing, there is no bedside table/table next to the bed. It's a bit difficult to put your cellphone. And the car and motorbike parking is a bit far. Oh yeah, there is a nice cafe on the rooftop, but it seems like outsiders can't enter for dining. Because the elevator requires an access card. So far I'm satisfied staying here.

The rest is okay. Only the wifi is not working well and the food is not very tasty and there are few choices.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful during check-in and check-out. The children also feel comfortable sleeping in this hotel. Overall, it's okay.

The room is clean and tidy, only the toilet spray is too strong so it takes extra effort to get the water out. All in good….

Hot water does not function optimally, it turns off at night. The water was turned off and very dirty, the swimming pool facilities were not informed beforehand if there was any repair. The sheets were not changed (stayed 2 days)

First time staying at this hotel, from the beginning the security/whatever didn't tell you that valet was allowed, even though they said valet was allowed all the way to the back. (The parking lot is far away) The receptionist was OK, no problem. The room floor still had traces of cement. It turns out that starting from 5 years and above, you have to pay for food, plus the food has no taste 😭 (the fried rice was hard and tasteless, there were very few menu choices even though ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) There was no one guarding the swimming area yesterday, who could I ask for a towel from? The pool is dirty. Often staying at a new hotel this disappointed 🥹

The hotel is still new, clean, good service. The only drawback is the parking lot, it is spacious but a bit far from the lobby and hot because it is in an open area.

Thank you Grand Altuz, for giving extraordinary attention and service to our family, during yesterday's stay in celebrating our wedding anniversary by upgrading the room type and complimenting a mini cake ❤️ The hotel and room are very clean, the AC is cold, the swimming pool and rooftop restaurant have a nice view. The location of the hotel is also strategic because there are many places to eat, hang out in the area around the hotel... Very recommended hotel in Jogja👍🏻

I've been curious about this hotel since a long time ago because it was circulating on ig haha I immediately booked it and luckily I could order and pay at the hotel, the check-in process was easy but it took a little while, it's okay there was a free drink hehe the breakfast was all delicious, especially the frozen fruit I liked the most, I was so happy, the room was really nice, the bed was really comfortable, the AC was really cold, it made me sleep soundly because I was tired from walking around Jogja, I got a free surprise from the hotel staff because it was my birthday hehee Koman really liked the swimming because it wasn't limited by a curfew, it was ready until 9 pm. The pizza was cheap, just 35k net, it also tasted good. Thank you Grand Altuz, always be successful 💜.
