The room does not have drinking water like normal hotels, the room is not soundproof, the parking attendant here has a very bad attitude. I think the staff's attitude is something that can be improved, I hope the hotel will improve in the future.

The hotel location is great, close to the center, and easy to walk around. The hotel changed my room to another branch, and the room was not like the one in the pictures. I booked the hotel for 2 days, but there was no reception desk, no staff at the hotel, and no drinking water in the room. Before checking in, they replied to messages very quickly, but after check-in, when I messaged asking for a hairdryer, I received no response. Not worth the money! Water outage throughout the hotel, from 2am on February 16, 2025 to 11am on February 16, 2025, still not completely resolved

I was really disappointed with this experience. When I booked the room, I saw that the location was nice and the room was clean, so I decided to book it, but when I arrived at 9pm, it was cold and the service attitude was unacceptable. The security guard who also checked me in asked me to wait 10 minutes and then said that there was a problem with the room. After that, I was asked to take a motorbike taxi to another branch at 6 Cua Ngang, nearly 2km away. I thought that the same branch would have the same quality, but the rooms at 6 Cua Ngang were really bad. The price was still 500k/night like the other one, but the rooms were small, cramped, run-down, and full of trash under the bed. Not to mention, the location was near the train station, so I couldn't sleep at night because of the noise. I felt like I was completely deceived. I really hope the management will review and improve the service so that customers don't feel disappointed like me.

The room is just like the picture. The hygiene is okay. There are only 2 things I want the hotel to improve: there are few sockets. I have to charge my computer and my phone at the same time, so I have to plug the computer charger in the kitchen and the phone charger at the head of the bed. The room's soundproofing is not very good. I can still hear the sound from the room upstairs.

I checked in late at night, the hotel was full so they arranged for me to stay in a nearby room, which was larger and had very good service. The room was clean. Simple but enough for 1 person staying only 1 night.
