2x room service for breakfast and both were not good...
room 102 and above it is the playground, so it is very disturbing in the morning because of the noisy sound of children running.

Room and foods were OK, but hot water is really a problem, have to wait for more than 10 minutes. Technician came to the room and just waited the water to heat up, no solution other than waiting.

From the beginning of check in, the security was polite, friendly.. as was the receptionist. When entering the hotel, I really liked the unusual interior design. So luxurious!
When I arrived at the room, it was very comfortable.. very clean and fragrant.. it's just not soundproof enough.
When having breakfast, there were quite a lot of food variants.. and everything was delicious.
Overall it was very good. My husband and I were very satisfied staying here ✨

The lobby and hotel area are very aesthetic and suitable for taking pictures, for security the service is very friendly and always helps to direct when parking, for the room it is good but there is no mini dispenser, maybe in the future add a drink dispenser. Thank you
