Great rooms that were of high quality and were super clean. The rooftop bar also had great views of the entire town. We will definitely be back and will stay with this hotel again.

We had such a fabulous stay. The hotel was perfectly located with a short walk into the Old Town. We stayed for 10 days, which is a long time to stay in one place in Vietnam (especially during rainy season), and we never got bored, sick of the hotel or anything on offer. Even on the couple of days when it was raining too hard to go out we were very happy enjoying our time inside the hotel. As soon as we checked in we noticed the attention to detail and customer focused service. The staff were always available to help and provide advice and they were always friendly and open for a chat - our experience and enjoying our staff was clearly their top priority. We never had to ask for anything we needed. The team seemed to anticipate what we might need and make sure it was available and the rooms were always stocked with water and fresh amenities (the turn down service and little treat every evening was an excellent touch). If anything we were looked after too well!

My fourth time staying here. The rooms are comfortable. Air-conditioning, water pressure, hot water, all fine. Bed and linens fine. This time, i had a corner unit. The additional windows and real bathroom is a plus. Many of the other rooms in the hotel just use a retractable curtain to create privacy for the bathroom. Breakfast buffet is excellent.

Five star for sure ! The staff are always making sure that you are comfortable and that you do not need anything , Are used the spa for steam room and sauna it was wonderful and the staff were great . Wonderful, wonderful breakfast buffet great staff there. Also, I was lucky enough to meet the kind and loving manager. She is wonderful. ! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone

The location is great. Free bikes to ride into town, but very close to walk to everything. Friendly and helpful staff.

Located few mins walk from the iconic Hoi An night market. The restaruant staff are kind and its japanese restaurant is a hidden jem. Only set back is you gotta go get your drinking water refilled at ground floor (after cafe) as hotel only provides 2 glass bottled drinking water daily.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Located next to the old town... walking or cycling distance to everything. The rooftop pool was my favorite. *****

Our stay at this hotel was fabulous. Customer service like most of Vietnam is on point. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and accommodating. Our only suggestion to the hotel is the doors to the rooms when closing are incredibly loud. They would benefit from soft closing doors or reminding guests to close door quietly when entering/exiting. Other than that, this is a wonderful hotel in a fabulous location
