Going up to the Skypark was fun. However, make sure to stay hydrated as the temperature tends to go up and could not be good for those sensitive with heat. Overall it was good.

"On the first day of our arrival, the attraction was closed due to reports of lightning. However, we came back the next day. Though it was still cloudy, thankfully there was no lightning, so we were able to go up and enjoy the extraordinary view from the top."

Maybe it was a mistake to come in broad daylight, it's really hot there and the food and drinks are so expensive it's not worth it... it's just a photo spot and that's the only good thing about the edge of the glass. There was a photo session on the lower floor but when it happened the results were blurry eyes... I was really disappointed that the officer didn't inform me if the photo was slowing down. It should be possible to repeat it because we paid for 2 tickets and only got 1 brake photo haha

Great experiences! There are online tickets, but you still have to queue in a very long line, and wait quite a long time in the sun. In return, when you get there, the air is cool and pleasant, and you can see the entire view of Singapore.

How do I go to Marina Bay Sands via public transport?

By Train

Marina Bay Sands is directly linked to the CE1/DT16 Bayfront Station on the Circle Line and Downtown Line of Singapore's Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) train system.
You can alight at Bayfront Station Exit A, C, D, and E.

By Bus

These are the bus routes that go to Marina Bay Sands:

97 / 106 / 518 / 133 / 502 (daily)
97E / 502A / 518A (daily except Saturday, Sunday & public holidays)
NR1 / NR6 (late night Friday, Saturday & eve of public holidays)

When is the best time to go to Marina Bay Sands?

December, January, and June are Singapore’s peak months. If you opt for a less crowded time, it’s best to go during off-peak season. The Marina Bay Sands is best visited during night time because you can see the lights illuminate the entire city and you can watch the light show by the lake.

What are the opening hours of Marina Bay Sands SkyPark?

The Sands SkyPark — including the Observation Deck — is open from 9.30 AM to 10 PM on Mondays to Fridays (and until 11 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays).

What happens if it rains?

Sands SkyPark is an unsheltered area and subject to inclement weather. If extreme rain or lightning occur, it may be closed temporarily for the safety of our guests. Ticketholders who have entered Sands SkyPark less than one hour before closure may be entitled to a refund. We regret we do not provide umbrellas.

Is there a souvenir shop at the Marina Bay Sands?

Yes. The SkyPark Shop is located at the Observation Deck and opens 9.30 AM – 10 PM (until 11 PM on Sat & Sun). You can purchase Marina Bay Sands- and Singapore-themed souvenirs such as bags, keychains, and magnets.
