Booked a morning tour, showed up and no one was on site. Their number doesn’t work, reached out to them via email to issue a refund and the representative was unhelpful and refused to refund for the service I did not receive. This tour is the biggest scam. Avoid.

Great experience, it was easy tu redeem our ticket through traveloka.

booking on the app is cheaper than buying tickets directly there. I also just booked/transacted on traveloka after arriving at the location, the process is fast when you set the voucher directly to exchange it for a ticket, faster than having to queue to buy tickets there. On the ship you are free to choose your seat, either inside or outside, if you are outside you are freer to take pictures and see the scenery, but the audio guide cannot be heard if you choose to sit outside.

Email said no paper tickets required so we queued up in line at the cruise however the company managing it said everyone needed to get paper tickets regardless of what the email says. So I had to queue up for this and this took a while as they gave preference to other agencies with bookings. The rude service at the pier spoiled our experience and the otherwise pleasant cruise. The staff attitude was very transactional and treated the guests almost like cattle. Would not recommend this tour of there were other companies plying the same route.

A boat is pretty and safe for travel, but almost everyone prefers to sit at the back of the boat, so travelers should choose the time or round of the trip specifically.

The cruise and guide were good, but the system for what time you can take the cruise was not clear. That part could be organized better.

It's fun to walk along the river and see the views of buildings and icons in Singapore such as Marina Bay Sands, Merlion Park, and other buildings.... tour guides and maps are available

very impressive and very good. It's best to join the tour when the Marina by the Bay fountain is on at around 8pm

It was a good, voice guided tour of the central busines district and of the important landmarks in Singapore. The process of booking theough traveloka was convineint and the orice was reasonable.
