To get on this bus, you must register online at https://banyuwangitourism.com/jalanjalan and your KTP (ID) and photocopy at the time of departure. This bus is free for local residents and outsiders. However, if you are from outside Banyuwangi, you must show negative rapid test results or proof of complete vaccines.

The second option is a train which has 2 choices of lines. The northern route takes about 16-17 hours. From Jakarta-Surabaya and then Surabaya-Banyuwangi. You can choose Economy, Business, or Executive trains. The southern route provides Economy trains only. Starts from Jakarta-Yogyakarta then Yogyakarta-Banyuwangi. Or you can take the Pahala Kencana or Lorena bus, which takes less than 22 hours.
