The famous ramen bar arguably serves the country’s most authentic version of the Japanese favorite.Their rich broth is boiled with tonkatsu for 12-hours, served with perfectly al dente noodles and topped with either a slab, or shreds of melt-in-your-mouth Chasu (braised pork).
