We came with a group and the check in process was terrible, they wouldn’t allow us to just give our name and check in. They forced us to go down the list they had even though half the people weren’t in the lobby yet. It was very frustrating after a long day. During check out they charged so many people for tea when we didn’t even use the teabags. Some people took the bags out of the mug because they needed the mug and were charged for that. So it was chaos while checking out. They were renovating so there was a lot of construction and paint everywhere which gave some people coughs and headaches. The breakfast was okay, there was another tour group there so when we made it up for breakfast at 8 there were no dishes and half the breakfast food was done and not refilled. We needed a clothing iron at night and I attempted to call multiple times from two different rooms without success, the line is constantly busy and it doesn’t work. I think if they can fix all of these issues this place will be a great hotel to stay. They just aren’t there yet. The rooms themselves were very spacious and clean. The view of the lake is incredible. It made up for all these small issues

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!! IT IS NOT A 4-STAR HOTEL!!!! Please read other negative reviews here - I agree with all of them! This is a dilapidated building and many things in the halls and especially in the rooms are falling apart. It is also not a clean premises: dog poo, trash and broken glass in the “lounge” area by the lake. During our two-night stay, the broken shards of a coffee mug at the entrance were never cleared. “Breakfast” was cold grub and very limited. Absolutely no quality and no effort was made tk make it presentable. The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly, HOWEVER the restaurant and outdoor “staff” are unqualified and unfriendly people with bad attitudes, who are more interested in talking with each other or being on their phones. We will never come here again.

Horrible unacceptable Loud MUSIC coming from the bar downstairs and from the pool on the left. The level of the noise was so high, that our beds were vibrating. Impossible to sleep. Even after the music stopped way after midnight - we were so upset and shaken up from this incredible noise, that we fell asleep at 4am. Not a place to relax. We can’t even open the balcony doors to enjoy the view - because the music blast insanely! It’s 8.25 am now - already music is on -this time it’s not deep house. But considering the fact we could not sleep, waking up with another party going on…… this is not IBIZA. It’s a lakeview hotel. Unacceptable.

I use only beach its a non deep kids safe beach more than 100 meters from shore.

Service: First receptionist had a bad attitude and wasn’t welcoming. According to him the hotel was fully booked. A few minutes later his shift ended and a colleague welcomed us and found a room easily. Facilities: The room was big and clean, pretty good overall. We had some problems with the AC, it could only have 1 setting 17celsius which is too cold. The TV in the master bedroom did not work. Outside the pool area and restaurant was good. Not the best food at the restaurant but not much to expect for such an restaurant.
