The WiFi is very patchy and the walls are paper thin. Otherwise a fairly good 3.5 star hotel. Rooms are plain and minimalist. Staff are friendly.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. WiFi in the rooms was incredibly poor and the TV didn’t work at all. Slept with the windows open as the rooms were warm but we only had heat available.

Nice Week-end in Andorra, the hotel is very well located, rooms are nice and clean, confortable even if a bit old style.
The included breakfast is of good quality & variety.
And staff was welcoming, so worth the stay globally.

The good - breakfast buffet is really good. Cold meats, cheese, dairy, juice, scrambled and boiled eggs, pastries, and more. Worth the money.
Mattress is good, good water flow in the shower.
If you're shopping focused, the location is good being very close to the centre.
Can be better - air-conditioning in the room has a control but doesn't work. Seems for show. Room temp therefore too high.
Hotel selected on parking available. It is, but for €20 a day. Unexpected. That should be in the details about the hotel before you book.
As well that Amex is not accepted.
Carpet in hallway is disgusting. Replace it.
Oh, and since Andorra isn't part of EU (they do use the euro....) Mobile roaming is expensive. Turn it off.
