Comfortable stay, on our way up north. When I saw the main road it was on, I was worried but we were more towards the back of the property, and there were thick concrete walls.
Great location, as you can park your car at the motel, and then just walk into town (the street behind) and walk back. Love it when I can do that.

Another great stay. I have made this hotel one of my regular stops on trips from Ipswich to Geelong. Don't let the outside fool you! It's always clean and beautifully presented inside. It's a great place to stay.

Place is run down, there were bugs around carpet (no sign of any vacuuming happening, found hairs here and there along with stains on bed sheets.
They were washed but obviously heavily bulk washed with too many sheets at once so they don’t get cleaned well enough.
Yeah not a place I’d recommend.

The room was perfect for our needs as just a stop over in our travels. Booked through last.minute.com which stated reception open until 9pm. We aimed to be there by then but reception closes at 5pm? Key was easily located. Also said that we’d need a $150 deposit on top of room fee.. a little stress was created to find the extra cash. But in end wasn’t needed. Chinese in walking distance was amazing for last minute meal.
All in all I’d stay there again.

Clean, simple, and affordable accommodation option. Would happily stay again if travelling through Goulburn. Also. customer service was fantastic. We were travelling with a baby and they ensured ease of access to a ground level room for us as per our last minute request. Took the stress out of the check in process, and made a big difference with helping us relax into our stay. Thanks again guys!

Could hear people next door showering at 4-30 am which woke us out. Outside of premises covered in weeds. Room on the whole was quite good except for the noise from the next rooms and the dead beetles/cockroaches on the floor.

The room was lovely. It appears to have been well renovated, and was in excellent condition. It was cleaned well, the bed made properly with clean sheets.
The outside however appeared very run down. We were quite apprehensive about tbe room after walking from the reception to the room. There were weeds all along the driveway, the front grass was long. The windows of the gym were quite dirty.

Positive: The room was incredibly clean.
Negative: there was a huge amount of noise on the roof all night. As if something very large and heavy was being dragged across. The walls are also very thin, I could hear the people next door simply moving coat hangers across in their wardrobe.
