3/17 Ondine Cl - Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend I booked this property for a weekend with my family, including my 7-month-old baby, and it was a complete disaster. Upon arrival, the place had a strong moldy odor, felt old and poorly maintained. The beds were unmade, linens just left on top, no towels provided, and the mattresses and pillows were smelly. The furniture was outdated, dirty, and looked like it was picked up from the street. Multiple lights weren’t working, the kitchen was filthy, with dirty dishes, cutlery, and a disgusting toaster, making it unusable. Walls were stained, wardrobes smelled bad, and there was mold in the house. I immediately requested to be moved, but no action was taken, and I was left dealing with an unacceptable stay. After complaining, they only offered a 20% refund, which is completely inadequate given the conditions. I am fighting for a full refund and still waiting to hear from them. Most importantly, they BLAME me for not trying harder to me reallocated. ABSURD. This place should not be available for rent, and the management is unresponsive and unhelpful. Avoid this company at all costs!

We stayed here with as a family between 22/12/23 to 26/12/23 General cleanliness very good. It could definetly be better to keep the property running longer. Amenities all very good. Clean linen, towels. However one issue was the exhaust and air conditioning. As soon as one exhaust fan is on the whole system was loud and extremely disruptive. We did not relax when it’s sleep time as the noises from the ac which was not on was extremely tiring to listen to, my child was actually scared of the noise and begged us to return home. Otherwise the view was great. The stay was good and great location. We would return if the ac issue is resolved and cleanliness kept at same or better level.

Our experience with Yvonne and the entire staff at PSA was exceptional. Yvonne found us an incredible property for our 2 month stay which made for the perfect holiday. It was such a great experience we plan on returning next year! We highly recommend PSA!

Harbourside 2/7 worse place to book never ever book with port stephens accommodation. The unit we booked looked good nice location but when we entered the house smelled bad very dirty , carpet smelled very bad and the bathrooms never been cleaned properly. I had to sleep on the lounge but still got sick I had asthma attack because of disgusting carpet. This is health hazard I will speak to health department regarding this. Very disappointing going holiday then have bad asthma attack.

Review for Unit 10/ 19 Shaol Bay Road, Shoal Bay. This apartment is in a fabulous spot. With views of the water, and just a minute walk to the shops it is great. Although a bit disappointing to see that from previous reviews, areas of concern have still not been addressed. The bed in the main bedroom, is incredibly hard to the point that I slept on the couch. The quilt covers and mattress protectors are in need of a very good clean. The windows are only able to be opened about 5cm, so airflow is very poor in the bedrooms which get very stuffy at night. It would be great to have some curtains installed as the light from outside the bedrooms at night light up the room, even with the Venetian blinds closed. Over all a neat little apartment, but if the above where actually fixed it would make it a much more pleasant stay.
