The only thing I would say is, that the room should be cleaned without asking.

Hotel is a great place to stay starting with free and easy parking, all the staff are very helpful and caring (i have food allergies). The rooms are super comfy and bathroom is fab love staying here

Witty, the night manager really went above for us and made thing’s wonderful for me. My daughter was really sick when we arrived but she made things much easier for us after a long night.

Very nice comfortable hotel but location was not very close to alternative dining or other shopping. We ended up driving to Rowville and Ringwood. We were closer to Yarra Valley and Halesville Sanctuary and that was a plus. Airport was about an hours drive.

The staff were amazing, however the hotel was not as close as we had hoped to the Carribean park festival grounds. You wouldn’t want to walk it, put it that way. The hotel rooms are lovely, super clean, well equipped and the filtered water on our level was great, we wished there had been an ice machine as going down to reception for ice got a bit tedious. The beds are comfy but the pillows are not - we even had our pillows swapped by the lovely staff for memory foam but even those were too flat. Apart from the ice and the pillow situation we still had a great stay - just don’t expect to walk anywhere from the hotel.
