The WiFi didn’t work :(

Stayed here as somewhat central to where I. Ended to be for the weekend. My room was right at the back, there is no Wi-Fi accessible there and mobile coverage for me was patchy. Room is definitely more for those wanting a motel room, lots of construction workers stay here.

Great property for price point - we booked 2 rooms and will more than likely come back and do a larger group booking. Rooms were good the grounds did have some rubbish lying around, lake was interesting with Turtles. Food was good, staff in the Bistro were very efficient.

We loved our family stay, the rooms definitely need some new beds and refurbished but it's a beautiful property, and wonderful dining options. Unfortunately, the pool was closed the whole time we were there for cleaning (48 hours), so the kids were disappointed about that. Overall loved our stay and would stay here again.

Pitty there is no option for zero stars, where should I start? The walls are paper thin, you can here next door fart, and stains on the carpet, absolutely disgusting i actually slept in my car because of inconsiderate neighbours that didn’t shut the hell up well into the early hour's of the morning. Definitely well overdue for renovations. Definitely do not recommend..

While the look from the outside was deceiving with the thoughts of a wonderful experience from reception onwards our experience was poor to plain awful. Reception demanded more ID than I had experienced in the last period travelling Australia. It was sloppy! Our unit (9) was ok except for the shower which should have been replaced a long time ago. Two glass panels were unfixed and, in my opinion, a safety issue. There were a number of possible breaches to various Acts in restaurant, bar and menu which I have already addressed with the operator's. Based on our experience I would have to put an 'avoid' note on the file. Once these issues are addressed then I would suggest that this would be a lovely place to spend some quality time

The staff if you find them are amazing. but it was so hard to find anybody to chick me in as I arrived at 7 Pm .. the phone number of the security on the door is very wrong or the guy answer doesn't know anything, he tried to send me 20min away from the place to talk to someone, which is radicals. the water in the shower was not easy to fix the temperature. In front of my room was 2 big pins for garbage having a lot of little cockroach. Generally speaking I hate my stay there.

Only light was broken, no lamps, no bowls, no wifi, 30 year old tv from the last time the place was renovated.

Nice place. Large entertaining area for dining, beverages & gaming. 5 minute drive to the beach. Shopping centre 2 minutes down the road.

This property is cleaner than most 4-4.5 star properties I have stayed at. Very quiet, great staff. Will stay again

The grounds are lovely, the hotel has great meals and service. The rooms however need updating. Wifi needs to reach rooms. Showers and temperature needs to work to code.

Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves,the room was perfect for us and our 3 grandsons and the turtles were amazing alot to do
