Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews on this property before booking as we wanted somewhere close to a function we were attending in the Surrey Hills area and this fit the bill for price and location. At reception a lady attended eventually who seemed unsure of the process, explaining her partner was otherwise occupied. The cost of $125 quickly changed to $175 when she advised I needed to pay a key deposit which I wasn't aware of before booking. She explained it would be refunded to my credit card when key was returned. The room itself was clean, we checked the bed and it was comfortable and clean. My partner wanted to shower and change before we left for the function and the light in the bathroom didn't work (no outside window) so had to leave the door open and we couldn't stop the shower dripping after, noisy enough to need to shut door so we could sleep later. We slept on and off with lots of noise and voices which seemed to be cleaners or workers loading trailers or utes with metal. When we finally woke at 6am we dressed hurriedly and left, dropping the key in the security box at the office. We didn't use the bathroom as there was no light and I had a general feeling of unsafe while there. Since then 27 October, the refund has not been paid. I have called 3 times since to be told by a male person that he needed the physical credit card so I emailed him my card details, then he hasn't had time to look at his emails. DO NOT STAY HERE

Cold showers, lack of basic necessities like toilet paper. Way too expensive for what I got

Constant noise outside my door whilst I was trying to sleep. Thanks for nothing !

I really enjoyed my stay here. Highly underrated!! Stayed for a few nights and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to meet my special requests and were quite lovely to talk to. Room was clean and modern enough given the price. Will definitely be staying again!! :)

I stayed at one of the worst motels I've ever seen. The cleanliness was almost non-existent. Though towels and amenities were available, I hesitated to use them due to the poor condition of the room. The only reason I stayed there was because it was late and I had no other options available. I was tired and it was my last resort. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Area is shady and can be loud at night due to outside traffic. Random people walking around at all hours of the night. Little to no water pressure on tap. Bed was clean. Tv and most powerpoints don't work. Ok place to stay for a night if really needed. Shouldn't be charging as much as they do for what you can get.

The place is disgusting, very poor condition. With people wandering around late at night and a lady that looked haggered and methed out it felt like I was at the motel in Breaking Bad where Jesse would meet Wendy. Was crazy noisy around and just generally felt unsafe. I didn’t believe my car wouldn’t get broken into so I just didn’t stay. The condition of the bed and fittings was terrible. How these people have the audacity to charge more than $30 per night astounds me

I would never stay there again. worst hotel in Australia. Nothing like the imagers on Goggle, very disappointing

The only thing i liked about this place was the young chinese man at reception. He was lovely and helpful. He left soon after we arrived. The room was terrible. Unsafe, unclean and very smelly. We did not stay here even though i had paid online. No refund was offered. I booked elsewhere and repacked the car and left. Do not book here!

The location was great. 4 saucers, three cups and two spoons? No fan in the bathroom, had to open windows..no security and no fly screens. No chair/chairs. Floors were sticky. Lost our soap behind the unfinished wall(no top cap).

Definitely gave off "hooker" vibes. Room smelt of tobacco, so much so i could barely breathe. Business requires a 'key deposit' which isn't mentored anywhere until your at the counter. Think i would have had a better sleep in the car in a shopping centre car park. Staff was friendly, but was up working on vehicles till the early hours of the night in the car park.

This has to be the worst place I have ever stayed. I can not believe a building in such poor state can still be allowed to run as an accommodation house. I booked online and obviously the pictures do not meet reality. Driving in the driveway should have been the point I turned around as it looked like something from a Mexican cartel scene but having driven 5 hours to get here I needed to rest before driving into the city for training so checked in. The outside of the building is interesting to say the least. There are 2 vending machines with dirty, used cans on show so you know what’s available in the machine. Inside the room (7) the toaster and kettle had the name of the motel written on them (in case you felt the urge to nick the $10 Kmart appliances). You only get bath towels to use, no hand towel, bath mat or face washer. The door to the bathroom was falling apart. The toilet and basin were both also showing bad signs of wear and tear. Don’t walk on the floor without shoes on, it was sticky and my things ended up covered in hair. The walls were thin and I believe the owner may have had family stay in the room next to mine who talked in their language til late in the night. Then there was the boy racer on his motorcycle that took off after running his bike for several minutes. You can hear him for several blocks when leaving and returning, again, late in the night. If you can get past this, the bed was comfortable. Enjoy your stay!

Sleep on the street instead. No toilet paper, the aircon was taped over and out of service. The lights produce the heat of the sun and the beds haven’t been replaced this century.

Would give a zero if I could. Seemingly a good spot for sex work, not much else. Hair in bed, used bandaid on floor, room has a bad smell, so many things broken and dingy (but with cat stickers on it??), people yelling in the carpark, no latch on the door, many people coming and going at odd hours. Booked for 2 nights and left after one.

The property was very dirty. Bathroom flooded and out into the room when shower was used. Beds didnt have mattress protectors on them. Fridge was dirty. Carpet extremely dirty and room smelt of cigarette smoke on arrival.

This motel should not even be in any booking website. Smelly room, wer floor, dirty bed sheet… you name it. The staff at reception did not return my holding deposit ( without eeason) and I am still disputing credit card transaction and complaining to fair trading. This motel has not transferred by deposit back yet after several phone calls, text msg and emails. Don’t know how these terrible places get hotel license. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.

This should not be offered to people to stay in. It’s a terrible hotel with rooms that smell like wet paint and worse
