After booking we were told the only restaurant was closed. I emailed and asked for other local options or a discount on the pizza (the only thing available) - got no response. It was too late we were coming. We then paid $50 for two reheated frozen pizzas. They were terrible. Horribly overpriced for what the place is. Will not be back

The facilities where good and the staff where very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The pools were great and the grounds looked fantastic. The room was a bit dated and there was a hole in the sink.

it was ok. we were early and sent to the pool bar for snacks however were not allowed a towel to sit by the pool?! Restaurant was unavailable that night because they had a function. ok fine but they couldnt even sell us a bottle of wine. quite strange. but my biggest complaint is that there is a fridge in the room that is empty. there was no water avaialble and we were in near heatwave conditions. not great. very disappointed and def would not recommend.

The water in the shower and sink did not drain properly, standing in a pool in the shower and hard to empty sink. TV size too small for the room size.

Excellent grounds to walk around, however not close to town. Would be good if there was a footpath on the main road. Gym should be open earlier. For those ppl who rise early and need to travel it’s very inconvenient to open at 8am. 5 or 6am would be better.

We loved our stay here. It was just a 1 night stop over on the drive down to Sydney but we wish we stayed longer. We stayed in a penthouse which was amazing value for money.
The whole grounds are great, with great pools and kids play areas. The restaurant was also very nice.

From the moment you walk in the place smells like mould or dampness. It’s so old and outdated. The floor had dirty marks all over it and the power points in the lounge area did not work. For $400 a night it was horrible.

Great property, good facilities, reasonably priced. Only downside was the eight people staying in the room next door played LOUD Bollywood music and spoke at high volume on the adjoining balcony. An otherwise good hotel ruined by rude guests

All outdoor facilities were well maintained. We enjoyed the relaxed vibe. Great pool and play area for kids and we liked that we could get lunch, snacks and drinks around pool area. Food at restaurant was lovely too. Resort rooms and restaurant and bar a bit outdated but overall the rooms were comfy and spacious and the beauty of the property is you don’t have to leave once you arrive. We will definitely go back. Good value for money.
