We stayed in one of the renovated rooms and it was beautifully done. Quiet and so well decorated. Bed very comfortable. Filtered water in room was fantastic.

Parkroyal hotel always goes above and beyond their excellence
This hotel in Parramatta has prime location
You don’t even need your car
The dining is a few feet away and amazing restaurants as well as the Westfield shopping complex
The tram is also a few steps away
The room is luxurious and above excellence
The bed and pillows are perfect and the room size is big
I love how you get slippers and robes and a coffee machine in your room
As well as some packet of sweet biscuits
Toiletries are all provided for you except for a hair brush other than that you get shampoo conditioner body wash shaver shaving cream toothbrush and tooth paste lotion and a couple of other things like earbuds and face pads to clean your face
This place is a must to stay in

The rooms have been recently renovated so they were very comfortable to stay in. Very nice.

Room is very comfortable and modern. There's also a filtered water tap in the bathroom. However the shower is not great as the temperature goes from boiling hot to cold constantly (no matter what you do with the tap). There's a lot of parking available underground over 2 floors with electric charging available.

Absolute worst property ive ever stated in in sydney half way through the night i was considering canceling and just paying for another hotel
The manager (bailey) down graded our room and told us if we want what we payed for we would have to pay more on arrival
Staff were very rude
The room obviously wasn't vacuumed prior as there was sand on the floor all over the carpet
Wifi didn't work
Toilet had not been cleaned from previous guests
No towels in pool area
Not very welcoming and comfortable
Only good thing about this was the location but i would happily return to the meriton next to it, i only wish they had vacancy so i didn't have to stay here
Never again !!!!

Check staff was absolutely lovely, extreme heat provided us with water and birthday celebrations offered a cheese platter and was able to check in early. Will happily go back. Highly recommend.
