We thought it was great .Fabulous sized room .The only problem we had was at the onsite Restaurant. There was 6 of us dining.unfortunately my mother ordered the lamb it was so tough she couldn't eat it.The waitress agreed with her as couldn't even push the fork in.She spoke to the Chef and it was dismissed .our other meals were great

We arrived early before the check in time and the lovely staff at Reception was willing to let us check in early as she has room available, thank you so much. The room is very spacious and the bed is big. It is very comfortable. The heater was not as warm as I thought it can be though. But other than that, we had a very nice stay in Pullman.
