We only had an overnight stay but we’re very pleased with the Pullman Reef. The staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful when I need a shoe repair (Crazy glue to the rescue!). The room was spacious and clean. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping.

The corner room was amazing possibly 1,000 sq feet or more. Beautiful view of the park and waterway. Breakfast restaurant was ok but definitely not 4 or 5 star. Casino is connected.

Overall I was very happy with the hotel during both of my stays. My room last night had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Unfortunately, the hotel saw fit to close the pool for a week, and work was being performed outside and below me

Amazing! The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was the best we've ever had for a free breakfast. The bathrooms in the room were great; separate "room" for the toilet. Hotel is easy walk to the harbor. We loved everything about this hotel. Would stay again and highly recommend.

A pleasant stay at the Pullman Reef Hotel Casino. The room was large and well appointed, though some minor signs of age will need addressing in the next year or two. A great location with a lovely view. Staff were helpful and efficient. Despite it being linked to the casino, the room was pleasingly quiet. The pool area was better than expected too. Would stay there again.

Staff were excellent, very polite and helpful, our room was very nice, but some aspects of the hotel were very run down, eg the carpets on our floor were faded and no longer flat - large ripples forming hazards in the corridor. Our balcony had a lot of bird poop on it, making it pretty unappealing. Also, we could look out across to the old dome area and there is a lot of black mould on the walls there - pretty off-putting. Overall, not what I expected given the ads and price.

My favorite hotel in Cairns… it’s central with a great pool and gym. Definitely caters to those who want all the extras in a full service hotel… only slight blip was the room service a got (looked like a child had tried to poach eggs, nice flavours but awful presentation). Staff always go the extra mile for you

The pool and room was comfy. Everything was great walking distance to the pier for boat tours and lagoon. Helpful staff. Our flight wasn’t until late evening so they kept our luggage and gave us the pool access, some drink vouchers and for showers to freshen up. suggestion to keep people’s luggage on hold behind secure doors away from anyone accessing from the foyer. Fantastic stay.

I didnt like all the mould in the bathrooms, spa bath didnt work. Some of the staff were amazing. The maintenance guy spoke to me like i was an idiot, like i didnt know how to use a spa bath. Maybe they should give there cleaners more time to clean properly. That way there wouldn't be mould built up in bathrooms. It wasnt worth the money I spent, wont recommend it to any of my friends. The in dinning wasn't worth the money, it arrived cold . To sum it up it was very disappointing.
