Apartment was perfect for what we needed for the night. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely. Very close to Cheltenham train station if you wanted to go into the city.

Clean and tidy. The hotel has a mix of long term accommodation and short term, so the corridors smelt a bit but overall it was fine.

Our studio apartment was clean, comfortable and close to local dining and transport options. Nice toiletries in the bathroom, and a well equipped kitchenette with small hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster made for a very pleasant stay. There was also a good balcony with table & chairs to enjoy warmer weather. Trains and buses were close by and there’s a lot of local cafe’s & restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at Quest Cheltenham.

Very disappointing room offered - dark and only one tiny window in the corner. Offered another room after lengthy negotiations with a view of a junk yard and car park. Told at the front desk that every room has a lovely view. Not true.
